As a member of the Mohr Capital team, Todd oversees market pursuits and underwriting for build-to-suit and speculative development projects throughout the Southeast.

Prior to Mohr, Todd spent over a decade in Corporate Real Estate at BI-LO, Michelin, and Tire Centers (a wholly owned subsidiary of Michelin) covering a broad range of tasks, before spending time with Red Rock Developments as a Senior Vice President of Development covering twelve (12) markets across nine (9) states. Over his career, Todd has completed over 500 lease, sale, sale/leaseback, build-to-suit, and speculative transactions, covering millions of square feet, across 44 different states.

Todd holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Management from Western Carolina University. Todd is married to wife Kaci, and has two (2) children, Mallee and Tinsley.
