West Summit Logistics Park is a brand new two-building industrial development situated on 46 acres within Summit Business Park in Surprise, Arizona. These new state-of-the-art buildings are rail-capable via the BNSF Railroad and will service distribution, manufacturing, and logistics companies throughout the southwest. Mohr Capital broke ground on the park in June of 2023, and is underway on 704,000 square-feet of total construction.
