Mohr Capital closed our first deal with Verizon in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
February 2008
Mohr Capital completed our first development deal with Cooper Tire in Indianapolis.
November 2013
Mohr Capital entered the healthcare space, closing our first healthcare deal with Warm Springs Rehabilitation Hospital of Westover Hills in San Antonio.
April 2019
Mohr Capital added retail to our portfolio with the hire of Rob Solls, Director of Retail Investments & Acquisitions, and the closings of our first retail deals in Ohio and Scottsdale.

Mohr Capital closed on our largest acquisition to date, a portion of the MetCenter in Austin, Texas, consisting of a 160,000-square-foot industrial building and 244,800-square-foot office park.
