Seeing an opportunity in this vacant three-story office building and the adjoining 7-acre land site, Mohr purchased both and began improvements to the property. A parking lot was developed on the land, taking the building’s parking ratio from 4:1 to 10:1, and the office was rehabilitated. After marketing the property for two months, Mohr leased the entire building to Carolinas Healthcare System.
