Texas Roadhouse was performing extremely well in their existing location, but did not have sufficient parking for their customers. Mohr Capital was able to secure a larger land parcel across the street, and developed a build-to-suit facility with double the parking and a new pick-up window. Mohr signed Texas Roadhouse to a long-term ground lease for this property.
