Occupied by an investment-grade insurance company, this facility was not only mission-critical to the tenant, but also had the unique right to operate a pharmacy on-site. Mohr worked with the tenant to extend their 5-year lease to 11 years so they could continue to operate this pharmacy for their customers and slowly bring all of their employees back to the office as the pandemic subsided.
