Working on behalf of a major industrial tenant in need of a Midwest distribution hub, Mohr oversaw site selection, identified the site, and developed this facility under a 12-year lease. Upon completion, this property was the largest Gold LEED certified building in the United States, and it quickly became one of the highest volume facilities in the tenant’s large national network.
