At the request of Verizon Wireless, Mohr purchased this data center and signed a long-term lease with Verizon, enabling them to mitigate anticipated rent increases from the previous landlord. Upon purchase, Mohr replaced the existing roof, expanded the premises and provided Verizon with tenant improvement dollars to upgrade the facility. In addition, the remaining vacant space was leased, and termination provisions were put in place to enable Verizon the flexibility to expand into the remaining space in the future should their business demand more space. Five years after Mohr purchased the facility, Verizon sold their southwest operations to Frontier, and they remain in occupancy to date.
