Webasto, a major automotive parts manufacturer, was seeking to monetize some of its real estate to generate extra cash. Mohr identified two properties, a 144,250 square-foot manufacturing plant in Plymouth, MI, and a 203,959 square-foot manufacturing plant in Lexington, KY, and structured a sale-leaseback for Webasto, giving them long-term control of their facilities and extra cash to fuel their growth.
