Working with a major corporation to find a strategic logistics location in the Midwest, Mohr Capital identified a key site in the Indianapolis market. Mohr acquired 475 total acres and began work on a 6+ million-square-foot master-planned logistics park. As the 996,000 square-foot build-to-suit was underway, Mohr Capital commenced construction on an adjoining 827,000 square foot speculative logistics property that was completely leased during construction. Mohr Logistics Park currently consists of over 4 million square-feet of completed logistics property.
