Both concepts are corporately guaranteed and operated.
Mohr Capital acquired a retail ground lease in Steubenville, Ohio, approximately 40 miles west of Pittsburgh. The ground-lease tenant, Texas Roadhouse Restaurants, is a publicly traded restaurant operator with approximately 600 locations throughout the United States. The Steubenville location is a corporate-owned restaurant.
Mohr Capital acquired a short-term corporately guaranteed Wendy’s in Scottsdale and extended the tenant to a 20-year commitment. The property is located in the heart of North Scottsdale, one of the premier retail corridors in all of Phoenix. Wendy’s is a large, publicly traded fast food concept with restaurants across the globe.
