Co-Cathedral of St. Thomas More

Currently underway in the Diocese of Pensacola-Tallahassee, this project with the Co-Cathedral of St. Thomas More is a prime example of a tailor-made solution for the Church’s needs. Through a 99-year ground lease, Mohr Capital is helping secure the Co-Cathedral’s financial future while developing faith-inspired student housing and a new community center—carefully designed to preserve the natural beauty of the site.

Church Properties Leader

Trey Mohr

As principal, Trey is actively involved in underwriting and negotiating office and industrial deals in key markets across the country. According to Trey, creating value in today’s market means collaborating closely with tenants.

“A key component of our investment strategy centers on creating value for our tenants and their representatives,” says Mohr. “A lot of tenants underestimate the importance of their occupancy, so we work closely with them and property owners to negotiate transactions that benefit all parties involved.”
