As Strategic Advisor at Mohr Capital, Roger is responsible for directing capital markets initiatives and leading the development and implementation of new investment verticals. Over the course of more than three decades, Roger has designed innovative real estate investment strategies and rapidly scaled high-growth organizations, completing $21Billion of REIT mergers, joint ventures, acquisitions, and financings involving multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use, hotel and office properties.

Roger’s 20 years of board member experience with public and private companies helps provide insight into strategic planning and industry best-practices. He has been active in a variety of organizations including PREA, NMHC, ULI and YPO and has two business degrees, a B.S. from U.C Berkeley and an MBA from Harvard.

Roger, his wife and three daughters love outdoor adventures involving skiing, mountain biking and hiking as well as travelling across America and the globe.
