Mohr Capital’s execution focused on engineering a site that addressed the structural supply deficit for functional logistics space in the region, meeting continued demand for well-located industrial assets in the thriving Milwaukee market.

Located at W233N2095 Ridgeview Parkway, the property was acquired by Mohr as an underutilized single-tenant flex office building and redeveloped into a fully occupied, modern warehouse facility. This 2023 remodel optimized the building’s clear height and dock configuration to meet the specific requirements of last-mile distribution tenants within the extremely tight Waukesha Northwest submarket. Following the redevelopment, the asset was sold in the fourth quarter of 2025 to Capital Partners.
